Project Description: 26,000 SF build out for the American Martial Arts Academy in Simi Valley, CA. This academy is the largest martial arts and after school program in California and top five in the nation. With a four month construction time frame, the facility included a 6,000 SF training floor, grappling room, gymnastics and tumbling room, stadium seating, café and pro shop. There are subsequent plans that include adding a learning center with 15 classrooms where students can study piano, guitar and drums, receive SAT preparation, study a foreign language or use computers.
