We assisted the Owner in selecting and managing the appropriate consultants including Architects, Engineers and Contractor and subsequently managed all phases of the Project from predevelopment, design and entitlement through construction and closeout phases.
Chapel Lane Homes is a 42 unit attached/detached for-sale development located in Ventura, CA. We acted as a developer and Project Manager/Owner’s Representative providing turn-key services from aquisition and entitlement through development. Using our close-knit industry network, we provided the Owner with professional management including the establishment of a qualified project team including Architect, Engineers and Contractor. The Project was well managed through closeout and occupancy.
