Preconstruction

At the onset of every project, we emphasize the importance of working closely with project key players: Owner, Architects, Engineers and Subcontractors in order to promote proper functional working relationships.   When we become a part of this team, we work together with the key players by providing preliminary budgets, value engineering and constructability reviews for our clients to bring a value-added element to the team.

   Prepare Subcontractor Scopes of Work – Ensure No Overlapping of Trades and all Trades are Accounted for

   Prepare Finalized Construction Costs for Review with Ownership

Construction

Our preplanning aids in a smooth transition into the Construction Phase.  After developing familiarity with the construction drawings and schedule we are prepared to move the project ground up.
