Project Description: 25 affordable studio apartments designed for the disabled. 

Services Provided: We are currently providing a series of preconstruction services encompassing constructability reviews, feasibility analyses and value engineering.  We have been selected as the General Contractor for the Project and are scheduled to break ground summer 2010.

SOHO Affordable Apartments

Breaking ground in April 2010, this affordable housing project will highlight 12 affordable units with one 3000 SF commercial space on the ground floor over a concrete podium deck.

Services provided: Detailed preconstruction services including value engineering, constructability and feasibility analysis. Construction services will begin March 2010.
