Since 1980 McCarthy Companies Project Management has served as a Project Manager/Owner’s Representative for numerous public works projects including several school expansions and renovations, civic building expansions and renovations, construction of airport facilities and park facilities. McCarthy has also completed a number of new construction and renovation projects for public housing agencies, nonprofits and charitable organizations as well. We have a successful history of managing and developing projects for our own portfolio with several completed commercial, single-family and multi-family properties.
