Heritage Park Villas is an 36 attached condominium for-sale project located in Santa Paula, CA.  We provided services for a turn-key acquisition through development Project.  We assisted the Owner in selecting and managing the appropriate consultants including Architects, Engineers and Contractor and subsequently managed all phases of the Project from predevelopment, design and entitlement through construction and closeout phases.

Chapel Lane Homes is a 42 unit attached/detached for-sale development located in Ventura, CA.  We acted as a developer and Project Manager/Owner’s Representative providing turn-key services from aquisition and entitlement through development.  Using our close-knit industry network, we provided the Owner with professional management including the establishment of a qualified project team including Architect, Engineers and Contractor.  The Project was well managed through closeout and occupancy.

Sky Lofts at Santa Paula

The Sky Lofts at Santa Paula also known as the Santa Paula Airpark is a fly in community located at the Santa Paula, CA airport.  McCarthy Companies Project Management Division has provided predevelopment and design, entitlement and construction budgeting services for the Project.  Once the Project in underway, the Project Management Divison will oversee the managament and McCarthy Companies Construction Division will be providing the construction services.

The approved Project is comprised of 37 residential lofts situated above airplane hangars. The airplane hangars and residential units maintain open and airy floor plans which include spacious custom kitchens, elegant baths and comfortable briefing alcove and living areas.

Size: 7 Buildings; 37 condominium dwelling units and 37 associated aircraft hangars. Hangar area: 68,554 SF, Unit Area: 62,014 SF.
