    Consultant Selection –    Using our network we provide assistance to clients in selecting capable and qualified consultants for their projects.

   Consultant Peer Review – We work openly with all project consultants to review and provide feedback on work progress.  This is essential in making sure all teams remain in line with set client goals.

   Value Engineering – Our value engineering services are provided to clients so that they may receive the most value for their dollar.  We often suggest supplementary methods that may be more cost effective while still remaining constant with the client’s aesthetic vision.

   Constructability Review – Closely linked with Value Engineering, our Constructability Review allows us to work closely with Architects and Engineers to ensure that constructible plans are drawn.  This critical process allows us to minimize the potential for unforeseen change orders down the road. 

   Cost Analysis – In performing a cost analysis, we provide a rough assessment of cost reasonableness, affordability and benefits for the project.  We prepare and review informal and formal written cost estimates using available information and apply rough estimates to project changes and decision points. 

   Scheduling, Budgeting, Estimating – Dependent upon the amount of data provided, we can provide basic or detailed schedules, budgets and estimates.  Once the amount of information is determined, we then establish schedules and estimates in line with budget goals.

  Preparation of Project Specifications – We work closely with Architects to prepare detailed general conditions and project specifications tailored to each project. 

  Prequalification management – We manage the prequalification process from providing, reviewing and analyzing prequalification documentation. We create a bidders list and supply a written detailed prequalification analysis for our clients so that they may make an informed consultant decision based on this process.

  Bid Management – We work closely with the Architect to prepare bid packages in order to obtain well defined bids.  We then review, analyze and qualify bids for completeness.  We follow up with a written detailed report outlining the bid results and bidders compliance with contract documents so that Owner’s can make their decision based on definite information.

  Manage Permit Processing – We manage the process of obtaining permits so that it is done in a timely manner to ensure the construction / development processes remain uninterrupted.

  Manage Construction Process – On-site project supervision
